Add daily backup of ordinary item data and app structure during sign-up. Backup shares the plan's storage allowance with SQL data.
Backup does not include files, comments, calculated field values or automatic restore. Storage can be expanded later for Standard and Premium.

Choose and sign up
Select a plan and optional backup. Enter your company details and review the price, data processing agreement and service terms.

Connect Podio
Continue with your company's Podio integration user, then choose the organisation, apps and fields you need.

Follow the setup
We create the database and load the first data. You can follow progress along the way. SQL access for your reporting tool is arranged with Datafy.
Datafy Sync supplies the data foundation. Power BI licences, finished dashboards and integration development are not included in the subscription.

Deleted records remain identifiable
A deletion in Podio marks the record as deleted in SQL. This preserves the deleted record, but it is not a complete version history of every previous change.

Do we need to change how we work in Podio?
No. You keep working in Podio. Datafy Sync copies the selected data to your database, and you decide how to use it in reports and integrations.
Can you deliver a finished Power BI dashboard?
The subscription covers synchronisation and the data foundation, not finished reports. Contact kontakt@datafy.dk if you need help with Power BI or an integration.
What does near real time mean in Premium?
You can activate faster updates for selected apps after setup. Updates are not instantaneous; an hourly check also captures changes that did not produce a Podio signal.
When does the subscription begin?
The annual period starts once setup is complete and the service is ready. Billing is annual in advance by invoice, with 14-day payment terms. The total price and full service terms are shown before sign-up.
How do we cancel?
The agreement renews annually and can be cancelled with one calendar month's notice before the annual period ends. Write to support@datafy.dk. The legally binding service terms are currently published in Danish.
